We here at True Quality find beautiful semi-precious stones, zirconiums, glass beads and use solid sterling silver, copper and upon request gold filled metals to create quality jewelry that is art. 

Let us design a piece for you. You can choose the color, style, length and materials for your special piece. We can help you match that special outfit, or we can make a piece as a gift for that special someone.

Unfortunately, we occasionally purchase supplies which, later, we find are not as represented. Thus, they are not of the quality we use. We will make serious effort to insure items are described correctly and any part of an item listed that is not solid sterling silver, will indicate the material used and if it is plated. 

Our Designers, Lesia and Katelyn enjoy designing and creating quality pieces that will last and give years of joy in wearing.

RETURN POLICY - We want you to be happy with any purchase you make from us. Therefore, you have 14 days from the date it was sent to contact us about returning it for replacement or refund. Return shipping is your responsibility, if you decide to replace the item with another, then shipping to you will be included. Items must be in original condition and postmarked by the 4th day after return authorized. Items returned in time and good condition will be refunded, minus shipping costs. 

REPAIRS - We want you to always enjoy your jewelry. If you should have any problems with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to solve any unexpected problem.

We also do minor repairs to other pieces you may have that needs a clasp, restringing, etc.
